Today Arri announced they’ll start taking orders for the Arri Amira. I am having a look at this camera this coming Wednesday. It is really interesting to see what cameras the Amira is aiming to replace and what productions will make the switch.
The Amira shares the same sensor as the famous Alexa, shoots to Cfast CF cards and will do up to 200 fps in 2K.
